That night, the big bad wolf huffed and puffed and blew down the house of straw. From his house of bricks, the eldest pig heard the screams of the youngest pig and thought it a shame his brother was too weak to defend himself.
Next day, the middle pig asked the eldest pig to reconsider. The eldest pig said no even after what had happened to his brother. "No mangy, flea-bitten wolf is going to get the best of me," he vowed.
